1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Kasprzyk Meble — a custom furniture workshop. For any matters concerning personal data, write to meblenawymiar.kasprzyk@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

We process only the data you provide in the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), city (optional), the content of your message and any attachments (e.g. room plans or inspirations). When you submit the form we also store your IP address — solely to rate-limit submissions and protect the site against abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract),
• site security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).

4. Data recipients

Only the entities that maintain the technical side of the site have access to the data: the hosting provider (the server the site runs on) and the e-mail service provider that delivers submission notifications. We do not transfer data to third countries, we do not sell it and we do not use profiling.

5. Retention period

We keep the data from your submission until your enquiry is handled and for the period needed for any further correspondence, no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

6. Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
• objection to processing and data portability,
• a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Cookies

The site uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. The only cookie (kasprzyk_meble_session) is technically necessary and relates solely to the site administrator login. Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice is stored in your browser's localStorage.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for us to answer your enquiry.
